Our Policies 

Divine Light Massage is not an erotic massage service and does not perform sexual acts in any way.

​ As such, we reserve the right to refuse service to those who exhibit aggressive or inappropriate behaviour. Customers are expected to respect set boundaries and to not overstep the boundaries of the massage therapist attending to you. Hate speech, discrimination, or sexual advancements of any kind is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.

CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel less than 5 hours before our scheduled appointment, you will be obligated to pay the full price of the service, regardless whether you received the service or not. Please do not book an appointment if you do not intend to be there.  

HOWEVER - Should your therapist at Divine Light Massage need to cancel due to any reason, you are not obligated to pay.

TARDINESS

Every customer has a grace period of 15 minutes to show up late for an appointment. If you exceed 15 minutes of lateness, your appointment will be cancelled, and we can reschedule at another time that is best for you.
